Co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Union, courses in the programme are FREE of charge.
In addition, for the duration of the programme participants will be equipped with a notebook computer, software and 3G broadband.
Course participants may qualify for retention of Department of Social Protection welfare payments, or Back-to-Education, while on courses for so long as they are entitled to receive such payments under Dept. of Social Protection eligibility rules.
